The drive to Jebel Jais Viewing Deck Park is a scenic journey through the Hajar Mountains, culminating in breathtaking views from the UAE's highest peak. The route, approximately 30 kilometres long, begins by traversing through desert landscapes, interspersed with glimpses of date palm farms and ascends 1,250 metres via well-maintained roads with hairpin turns, offering glimpses of rugged cliffs, deep wadis, and abandoned villages. There are viewing points along the way where you can stop and take in the scenery.

Requirements

Weight	Minimum 40 kg, maximum 100 kg
Height	At least 122 cm or 4 feet
Age	18 unless the participant meets the height and weight requirements. A parent or legal guardian is required to sign a legal waiver.

Dress

You must wear sturdy trainers, running shoes or walking shoes that are enclosed and have a substantial grip. Flip-flops or other loose footwear is not permitted.

Clothing should be suitable for the rough terrain.
Bring a jacket or a hoodie during the cooler months.
Always use sunblock.

Meeting time

Arrive at the Jais Welcome Centre at least 30 minutes before your reservation time. If you are delayed, you will forfeit 100 per cent of your payment in line with the terms and conditions.
